Former Vice-President and co-founder of Camden Advisory Partners, LLC where his responsibilities included the management of client relations, as well as raising capital for both public and private companies.
Prior to Camden Advisory, Mr. Madden was an Investment Banking Associate with The Shemano Group. While at The Shemano Group, he was responsible for raising capital for companies across a broad array of industries and also participated in merger & acquisition transactions on both the buy and sell sides.
In addition to his client management and capital funding background, Mr. Madden also worked for the well-known bankruptcy claims and noticing agency, Kurtzman Carson Consultants, LLC.
Madden has a BBA in Finance, Investments and Banking and has attained Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
