Mr. Gardner has over 30 years experience in sales and corporate management across a diverse range of sectors including: computer hardware and software; oil & gas; venture capital and corporate finance. Mr. Gardner served as VP of Sales at Rimage Corporation (NASDAQ. RIMG) and was the founder and CEO of Duplication Technology which was a developer of computer software, data duplication equipment, and distribution services serving the international market. Additionally, Mr. Gardner served as Executive VP of Horizon Petroleum-a U.S. Rocky Mountain-based oil and gas prospect developer, and a domestic and international project design and management team with specific emphasis in acquisitions and capital finance. Mr. Gardner has also consulted with public corporations, providing integrated solutions for business development and corporate finance.
