Frank Garufi is an accomplished business leader and innovator with over 45 years of experience. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and has been active in oil and gas production, as well as wholesale horticulture through Wholesale Nursery Growers. He formed Baron Crest Energy Company in 1963 and also formed a Ranger well service company that, from 1976 to 1986, serviced Baron Crest Energy wells in addition to other operators in hydro fraction, water hauling and running pipe. Mr. Garufi also owns and operates ,Garufi Energy, LP, which consists of ownership in 375 wells. Additionally, Mr. Garufi is a Limited partner of the Curve Baseball LP which owns the Altoona Curve AA minor league baseball team, and the State College Professional Baseball, LP (Sate College Spikes), an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates major league baseball team.
