Fossil Energy Group (FEG) was founded as an LLC in March of 2007. Through acquisitions of fields with existing production and long histories of profitable operation, FEG reduced risk. Additionally, the fields acquired had tremendous in-fill potential, as all were under-developed in terms of their potential for oil and gas production.
