AFH Holding & Advisory Partners with Relief Organization to Send Plane with 105 Tons of Gifts to Help Young Victims of China's Earthquake

And Beijing, May 13 2009 -- Marking the one year anniversary of the earthquake in Chengdu, China, AFH Holding & Advisory, LLC, a leading financial advisory and management consulting firm, announced collaboration with International Christian relief organization, Samaritan's Purse, to provide help to those youngest victims of the disaster devastated by last yearrs earthquake.
For the one year anniversary of the quake, a chartered 747 cargo jet flew out of Charlotte, N.C. filled with 65,000 Operation Christmas Child shoe box giftsswhich will be hand-delivered to kids in China who are still struggling to recover. Last year immediately after the disaster, Samaritan's Purse partnered with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to charter a cargo jet and fill it with urgently-needed supplies to help people in Chengdu, China. The cargo jet was loaded with emergency aid including enough high-grade plastic sheeting to provide temporary shelter to nearly 5,000 people, along with six water filtration systemsseach with the capability of producing some 10,000 gallons of clean water per day, medical supplies, hygiene kits and blankets
