Jeffrey A. Rinde Becomes Principal of AFH Holding & Advisory

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. and NEW YORK, April 26 -- AFH Holding & Advisory, LLC, a leading financial advisory and management consulting firm, announced today that Jeffrey A. Rinde, a Partner in the Public Companies and Capital Formation group of Blank Rome LLP, has become a Principal of AFH Holding & Advisory.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Rinde was a Partner in Hodgson Russ LLP where he served as Chairman of its Asian Practice Group and New York City Corporate and Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on securities regulation and compliance for both U.S. and foreign public issuers, with a particular emphasis on Asia. He has also represented numerous foreign private companies from varying industries in complex cross-border transactions to expand their access to capital and list on a U.S. securities exchange.

Mr. Rindees experience includes public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate law and governance. He is experienced in alternative public offerings, including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs); numerous types of structured financings, including private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions; American depository receipts (ADRs); and registered direct and Rule 144A offerings.
