AFH Holding & Advisory's Ken Barun Named to Yi Xin International Copper, Co. Board of Directors

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 22 AFH Holding & Advisory LLC, a leading integrated financial advisory and consulting firm serving U.S. and international clients who seek capital formation, strategic counsel and sophisticated access to global capital markets, today announced that Special Class Member, Ken Barun has been appointed to the board of directors of Yi Xin International Copper, Inc.

Mr. Ken Barun, will advise Yi Xin Copper on corporate governance and the US capital markets. Mr. Barun previously served McDonald's Corporation from 1986 to March 2007 in a number of roles including President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities Worldwide where he developed and managed a $1.2 billion, multinational charitable organization with a volunteer base of 30,000. Simultaneously Mr. Barun held the position of Senior Vice President of the McDonald's Corporation where, in addition to his philanthropic work, he headed the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, which included environmental affairs, animal welfare and emerging social issues

Mr. Barun has also served three US presidential administrations and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the "Just Say No" campaign as the Director of Project and Policy at The White House in the Office of the First Lady, Nancy Reagan.
