Ms. Laura Gay is the controller of AFH Holding and Advisory, LLC. She is a certified public accountant, licensed in both California and New York and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Gay has 6 years of public accounting experience with Rotenberg & Co., LLP, an independent member of the BDO Siedman Alliance. At this firm Ms. Gay performed a variety of services including, compilations, reviews, audits and tax work for Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals. She also began her controllership work at this firm, being subcontracted out to a multi-million dollar computer distribution company where she was in charge of overseeing the accounting department, analyzing general ledger accounts, and ensuring the proper close of each month.

Laura received her Bachelor of Science in accounting and financial analysis from the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. She is also a certified QuickBooks advisor and knowledgeable in a variety of accounting software.
